likes is meaningless.

if it was a group that had 5000 members/followers. then that would yield a little more

The value of such account depend on many factors, such as the quality of this likes (whether they are bought or not) and the segment to which they belong to.

The page is real followers?

I dont know how much you will get if you sell it. But you can sell something using your facebook account. .  You can sell online products ..
You can promote others pages if they pay you... Try to get more likes and grow your page to get more profits. ..
