That isn't a great explanation a really old computer can do the same. Be more specific about what you your minimum specs are you want.

you have also need to inform us with your budget because when it comes with computers the more money you have to spent the better computer you will have

i am using Toshiba Satellite L70-C-125 i7 (W10) Intel® Core™ i7 5500U 2,4 Ghz 17,3" 8 GB 1 TB Windows 10 Notebook
it is really good laptop i advice to you it

If you budget allow you - i7, 4 cores. >8GB ram, better 16. And you will use iy for at least couple of years.

buy lenovo,i think that's good,and you can make dual boot betweeen windows and linux,i also ever put dual boot on my lenovo computer Grin

I would like something with Windows installed that could be used for Linux

Pay attention to hardware if you want to run linux on it. Nvidia or Intel graphics work well. Atheros, Ralink, and Intel wireless work well although many others are supported. Avoid Broadcom wireless.

Not all name brands are linux friendly. I've heard some Asus machines are problematic. Dell is normally linux friendly. 

You must be able to disable "secure boot" via the bios to install and run linux in most cases.  Make sure this option exists.

I prefer Amd platforms, and nvidia graphics..
For music try Xonar Essence.

Hit the pawn shops.  You can usually find a computer for about half the price.  Just make sure they have not been abused too much.
