I changed around a lot of stuff. I am just learning Bootstrap and have only been seriously coding for about a year. I do get some work based on what I know and I know for sure there's a lot more I can learn. How about another round of criticism? It only makes me want to try harder. As already posted, the website looks pretty odd on some most-used browsers like Chrome or Safari. Also tried Vivaldi and it looks again different to the others. You should try to standardize your site for most browsers.
Why don't you use a free one pager html5 or bootstrap template? it makes it easier. Here are some examples: http://www.styleshout.com/category-template/one-page/

I did use Bootstrap. And to be fair there are some bugs that I still need to work out. I've only been using Bootstrap for a few months now. I'll make some improvements, and I do appreciate the feedback.

I will fix the errors when I have more time. I have two clients I have to code for. I don't have much time to play around with the site. I have two C# projects as well as the potential of getting a job as a long-term developer for a crowdfunding site. This page is really to house my profile.

That being said, I will have some time in my schedule to fix the errors.
