Hello. Smiley
I want to make a faucet, however i have some questions.
1. Is there a ready script for this, or do i have to program it myself?
2. If i have to program it myself, then in what programming language?
3. Will it work on a free host, or do i have to buy a VPS?

1. there are so many scripts, try to check github.com
2. if u newbie on programming - try to use PHP....
3. VPS will be best for you!

2. I don't think it is possible in PHP, how about a Python Bitcoin script, and Python in PHP (Yes, it is possible)

1. Whatever you found there will most likely not work.
2. Use PHP.
3. There are MANY faucets.
