I have posted before, but now all i get is the wait 360 seconds message even after waiting 30 mins still the same.
Any reason i could post, but not anymore?

Every time you try to post, the timer resets.

yes, after every post or message you have to wait 360 seconds. It will change with your forum rank - now you are "Newbie" when your rank change to "Jr. Member" you will not have to wait, and you will be able to publish links (if you have not noticed, "Newbies" can not paste links to websites)

now as i can see you have 7 posts. Your rank will change over 30 points of activity.. For you it will be (most likely) when you write 23 posts more.

it seems i can post here but when i need to ask a question in dmd forum i just get

i have waited longer than 360 seconds and tried different vpns too but nothing

Everyone at the beginning (as Newbie) is getting this same information. Sorry, but you have to wait. It will change when you get 30 points of activity and jump to higher rank. You can read about that more here:

Sending a pm and using the search function of the forum will give you again 360seconds to wait. It is there because some people create account just to spam in here

Replacing posting with action will make it less confusing for newbies(and there is quite a number of users that got confused by this).
