You could cypher the private key with AES, but that would be 1 factor.

thanks.  i basically want to make my own version of a casascius 2 factor gold plated bar.  if i use the Bitcoin Address Utility will I be able to perform all tasks needed?

ok that's exactly what i was looking for, i tried searching but sometimes its just easier to ask.  they should make that a sticky somewhere.
