http://sourceforge.net/projects/mavro/files/ The history of Mavrocoin` s start and development At the beginning of 2012 after the 2nd restart the system of MMM was divided into 300+ structures. A structure is an autonomous part of MMM`s system of with its own rules. The structures had the right to develop in any ways which aren't contradicting rules of the system MMM.
The main difference "the MMM SUPERPEOPLE" from other structures was that it had its own system of safety of DVC (Da Vinci Code). Each participant, making a contribution to PC of MMM, duplicated data in DVC. After receiving payment the participant wrote down the video in which he explained what he had received it for. The history of recipient`s participation was opened before the sender transfered his money. The sender could check the rules of participation. If everything is OK, the sender did the transaction. As a result the system of national control was created, where all powers belonged to simple people. With the help of DVC the from structure were stopped.
In structure there were two directions - a linear turn and a pyramidal national bank.
The turn was the transparent mechanism with open statistics where each participant, making a weekly contribution, moved to the beginning of the turn and achieving its start he could receive the payment.
National bank was the pyramidal mechanism. Before each payment it was necessary to make a contribution of 80-90% of future payment, it excluded panic and continuous circulation of means was reached.
The system of safety of DVC, the national bank and the turn worked as the united mechanism.
The structure was considered as one of most "difficult" from the point of view of the ordinary participant. In summer there was a task to simplify the work without losing the system of national control. The learning of the Bitcoin technology was begun on the basis of which it was planned to construct the autonomous accounts department simplifying participation - so there was Mavrokoin and with the permission of S. P. Mavrodi (further SPM) began its using in the structure, thus any of rules of MMM`s system weren`t broken .
Let`s return back to chronology of the events. Searching programmers the leader of structure already had a full development plan of Mavrocoin as a part of the system MMM and promoting the system MMM in the whole world. It`s worth to consider only elements of safety of this plan.
DevelopersEarlier, at rapid development of the system MMM authorities/corporation, "competitors" started fighting against it. Many people saw it more than once. In the technological plan protection is simple - at transparent autonomous system of the account there shouldn't be exited to developers, further there shouldn't be a sense in developers. The bright example not the correct conducting development is Bitcoin. The leading developer of Bitcoin system gives lectures in FBI following from this consequence to explain there is no sense. The developers who are responsible for something, are necessary only within started projects. Sites (resources/services) can be opened and be closed, Mavrocoin remains. Proceeding from it developers have to be completely anonymous in order to avoid any pressure upon them and even if pressure will be put, it shouldn't affect the system and users.
On bitcointalk.org there was a specification mailing (to create fork - analog of Bitcoin) to those programmers, whose accounts were initially anonymous, feedback from the programmer at desire to perform a task - it is obligatory from a new anonymous account (thereby the main anonymous accounts of developers are unknown). Programmers, on a task condition, didn't know the goal of it (the first name a forka differed from flowing). On a task condition after creation the forka programmers were given information what they work with also the plan of further development in general. After studying the information, programmers can chose - to work further or to receive payment (Bitcoins) for their work.
As a result 2 independent groups of developers were formed. The main condition for them is anonymity for everybody at all levels (groups have communication among themselves, but are anonymous for each other). One group leading (works over services), the second group works over the client and receives backups of data from the leader on an emergency.
There were 2 more groups of developers. One was engaged in the system of safety of DVC, the second worked with the exchange. On in advance stipulated conditions at approach of "special" events these 2 groups completely stop the work, all practices remain with the leading group. Conditions came, the details about them will be lower.
The protection of the idea
Competent distribution of resources is a protection against the situation when one or several people betray the idea. After a consent to work the "special" task was assigned leading groups further. Everything, as for Mavrocoin, was registered so that the leading group could block access to it and from all other groups, and from the leader of structure. The return protection is also simple - if the leading group starts "behaving in a queer way", the leader of structure simply refuses it (loss only services), and the second group switches over to tasks.
Due to the latest events the exchange passed under control of leading group, DVC isn't necessary any more, contacts with testers are completely stopped. All available infrastructure will be supported by leading group and there will be a search of new groups in means of tenders. Servers are paid for some months forward, mavrocoin-domains are registered on an account under control only to us. The account Mavro at this forum also passed under control of the leading group.
The main objective of leading (first) group is the creation of initial infrastructure for participants of the system. The main objective of the second group is the perspective development at the level of the client Mavrocoin and an insurance from not a preseen case at leading group. The motivation of the working groups in both cases is similar - the idea sounded in MMM, is crossed with idea of Bitcoin, but simpler to realize it in MMM since Bitcoin, unfortunately, faceless speculative community with very weak ideology. The material aspect is that the working groups in the right to count on not big per cent from work of the created services.
Anonymity, moral substance, opportunity to be engaged in interesting tasks and thus not to think of the income are the realities at which both groups are working now.
Approach of special conditions
There was a situation at which the working groups pass into other operating mode. The reason was the solution of SPM forcibly to close all structures. As among us there were no participants of system of MMM, won't give value judgment to the event. The request to participants is to describe as they see a situation with closing of their structure without emotions. Links will be attached below.
After closing of structure it is decided to distribute as fast as possible premine. Each participant who has lost money in MMM, can receive 38 coins having written down video, having shown in it PC of MMM and having made a symbolical contribution the minimum sum of any country. Mailing coins will happen after the set of each thousand of wishers.
Conditions from administration of MMM are:1) to clean logos from sites (we clean).
2) to clean services from the domain of structure it (we clean)
3) to close all services (approach of special conditions).
All services passed under control of the leading group, contacts with two working groups, which worked over structure services (DVC / the exchange) will be stopped completely after the publication of this message. Contact with the former leader of structure remains, but without the right somehow to influence work of services and a development course. All further infrastructure is developed and supported by us according to in advance stipulated plan.

What the administration of MMM remains to do in this situation?
To suppress any information and to affect the discretion. To declare participants of structure dissenters - there are no arguments, however, all participants who have requested 38 coins and written down about this video are blocked in PC of MMM. For certain already there are attempts through participants of structure to come to the working groups of programmers, but all this is in advance doomed to a failure.
