Hello,

I like to run a masternode on my desktop. I do not want to have a vps at this point and like to keep it all on my PC. The question is:
Do I need to do anything after creating the mn private key or just keep the client running?

I run masternode in window VPS, Masternode Tab in my wallet show: ENABLED
But when i check in my friend wallet! This show WATCHDOG_EXPIRED and https://masternodes.online show WATCHDOG_EXPIRED
How to i can fix it!

You'd need to run sentinel to prevent from being expired. https://github.com/terracoin/sentinel

We are working on the network to fix the problem.  If you see Watchdog_Expired as the status to your masternode you can make that go away by voting no on it.

Right now you can do that, but we will be removing that ability soon.  You will need to keep the whole masternode/client running all the time to get rewards.  If it goes down for an hour then you are moved to the end of the reward line and it usually takes about twice as long to get the first reward.

Voting manually on the watchdog_expired isn't really going to do you any good over the long run.  Here is the windows version of Sentinel.

I decided to do a test withdrawal and it is definitely way way slower then before.  It used to show up in like 3 seconds and now it is still pending which means Cryptopia hasn't released it yet.  I am not worried that I won't get it, but it just looks like it will take longer.  I would guess they are just bogged down because of so many new users.

Make sure there are no spaces or special characters in the RPC username or password.  That often is the case with that error.  Also feel free to join our mattermost server where we usually respond quicker.
