no. not paid anyone yet. I think OP posted the thread and went offline for long time.. I think this is a type of registration something from USA. may be it is paypal varification. because in some countries paypal not accepted. and paypal only be varify through US Emails and Phone numbers

I'm thinking this thread may have just been created for signature spammers, no reply from OP and no details.
Like i said,i was going to make the thread self-moderated to remove sig-spammers but other people will blame me that i`ll remove negative reviews.
