PosEx is a Pow/Pos hybrid forever I aim to have it running for a long time with a nice efficient system based upon the chain itself, I have ensured with a few settings that once we have enough coins in circulation our chain should be atleast 20x Faster than uᴉoɔʇᴉq due to having a 30 second pow block time and a 10 second pos block time meaning our/your transactions will not take a long time to confirm nor mature thus keeping our network healthy and moving in the right direction.

PosEx is being distributed at Yobit in increments of 0.01 coin per 3 hours.

The withdrawal fee at Yobit is 0.002 PosEx, so a withdrawal to attempt early staking results in a 20% hit in fees, paid to someone already staking...

Also for very low coin-cap coins which stake at very high rates, I have seen wallets with fewer than 1 whole coin fail to earn any stakes as they fall under a threshold in the code. The first coin where this happened was SEED which was an ICO which completely failed as only the 2 biggest holders earned any stakes.

Be very, very cautious investing any BTC into buying PEX. I would encourage you to withdraw at least 2 faucet payouts into a local wallet and attempting to stake with that.

I have not checked the wallet for rogue processes but I am running it sandboxed and it appears to be working normally.
