XVG marketing is ridiculous. All other shit coins are rising only XVG is red for days. It's really frustrating!

Was it frustrating when XVG outperformed all other coins like hell? If not, maybe you should remember those days and put these red days into better context.

My advice... don't trade with emotions, if you can't, just buy and hodl, come back 6 months later.

It doesn't even have anything to do with emotions in this case. If you buy XVG at the peak after the massive bull run it has head, how can you even complain about somewhat negative performance afterwards? it is dumb.

It's actually a marathon now, not a sprint so these price swings on daily basis simply don't matter anymore for XVG and XVG is not the same coin as 2 months ago anymore.There won't be crazy dumps and pumps anymore, it will rise normally from here.

i doubt you will ever get what a given calculator shows you.

Too many changing factors involved that change continously while mining. Always use a calculator as some kind of help and not like a precise forcast.

Best is testing, again testing and maybe again testing.

Just thought about that trafficjunky deal. If i'am correctly informed traffic junky controls the porn ads, not? If this is the case the majority (if not all) users are companies launching ad campaigns.
If i'am correct with the above than XVG will have about 0 impact on it. It doesn't make sense to use XVG for a company to pay whatever bill since you can not write it off (taxes).
While it sounds good i doubt that this deal will have whatever influence on XVG price.

Actually right now it's not like that. How are you calculating VAT in crypto? And even more important how are you going to declare VAT in crypto, write offs in crypto to the tax departement?
Next thing is the profit/lose calculation. What are you going to write on your companies busines declaration? Spent 20.000 XVG for advertising? And how are you than fiting this against the USD, Euro or whatever profit calculation. Maybe there are some ways i'am not aware of, but in my european country at this moment this is for sure not possible.

Even one step further. Let's say you deal as a company only with crypto. You make 100.000 XVG profit and 40.000 XVG lose, you have to pay corporate tax on 60k XVG. So you are going to pay your tax departement for example 10k XVG? It's not that easy when it comes to companies and enterprises and taxes as you might think it is.

I'am far away to say there is no solution for it, but i'am not aware of one. Would be interesting to see if someone has, whatever country, a solution for this or how such cases would be handled. Just out of curiousity.

you just record the relevant USD/fiat price in XVG on the day you used it to pay.
you probably also keep a similar record of the date and USD/fiat value when you bought XVG.

I live in europe. I have to make all my declarations in euro. And i have to make all my payments to government in euro. So for me it is the same if i pay a bill in USD or in crypto. I have to calculate how much euro are these cryptos/dollars. I can of course not write a bill or get a bill in crypto. But i can get a bill for lets say 1000€ and if the company that wrote the bill accepts crypto i pay them in crypto. But as mentioned, it is the same if i get a USD invoice. I have to calculate how much euro are this. I could also write a bill for 100€ + 19€ VAT, and then i accept getting the value of 119€ in crypto.
I could also pay with or be paid in gold or whatever... It doesnt matter...

important is to keep the exact value on the date the transaction has been processed since the crypto price is heavily volatile. but i guess you keep this info.

I've been into different industry on the internet, doing website design and development. I have known for a fact that all new technology or applications and designs always comes first on the porn industry. I was able to design some arts on the porn industry and I'll say, they really have a great imagination on graphics effect.
