For some reason I heard it as Gambling for Food lol  . I think quitting gambling is not going to happen unless you really want to leave it. You have t think again how badly it has affected your life, your thoughts and your nature. |

The best thing is to find some other things that you like to do in your daily life. It is better if you find some hobbys or sports that you like to do.

I think, that way is very vulnerable and not a good thing to do. Because if someone is addicted to gambling, he would not be able to forget about gambling simply by blocking gambling sites. Avoid anything gambling related like this section, gambling sites, casino etc. Also you can find new hobby where you can focus your mind, time and energy so you won't be thinking about gambling only.

Pretty much it. There's really no other way to do it. You really need have something to divert your attention to it. While i know it wouldn't be that easy, you just have to give it your best. You will be needing a support group for this. Friends and family you can call on to in case you feel alone and helpless.. Go for a GA version of AA. |
