No idea about this. Eat everything as everything has some fat.

I would highly recommend drinking Japanese green tea. Not only does it have many antioxidants, but also blocks the absorption of fat. So it is healthy as well as a good weight loss supplement. It best to by the unrefined type for the most potency.

fruits just everyday are enough and then you eat vegetables. vegetable is helpful to build good health.

A lot of people saying vegetable oil is healthy which is completely false.  Vegetable oil is chemically extracted and is not natural at all and has a lot of polyunsaturatedfats

take a jumbo chicken wings basket in KFC everyday and sleep more than 10 hours a day and you are bound to accumulate fats
