WTB ASICMINER Shares in Bulk

I'm interested in buying ~4000 shares of ASICMINER with the hopes of becoming a board member. I would prefer to pay for the shares in USD, but I have 1000 btc that I am willing to pay with. Please post or PM me your offers and we can negotiate.
