I think maybe its the over and under goals for the match and odds on them.Not very sure though.@OP please follow a particular format,refer other tipster threads if possible also try adding link to your bets.

I think OP is telling us the odds change to discover which to be bet on...

you can see Truro City with 2.30 at the opening and end up with 2.00, which is a 0.3 decreased (which is not very usual in this either way odds match)

I think this method should work but not 100%, maybe around 70 - 80%, but you will still got some profit if you just follow.

These numbers don't make any sense the way they are written.
If OP would like to share with us somethign more mayeb "we will win together" as he wrote: but if we have to interpret these numbers for them to make some sense (not knowing if it's the right one or not) and then also putting some money on it......then I guess I will fold this one.

What I'm still missing is if we still have to choose which event, between 1 (home win) X (draw) 2 (away win), we have to bet on or we have to bet on all three in different moments taking advantage of the odd changes  in a way that whatever is the final outcome it will result in a win for us?
Because I still can't get what was his bet here for example:

Yep agree with you on this, infact I was only pointing out that you should have account on a lot of bookmakers and you have to keep your account constantly funded with btc so that you can bet istantly (an at the same time) on several of them without having to wait for confirmation (in case your account is empty and you have to deposit to bet ).
