The whole thing is staged, it's an act. No one is stepping down. I wanted to have faith in the leadership team but this whole thing reeks to high heaven. Even for someone like me who is an extremely risky seed investor (I invest in some obscure crap, mind you) that its too much even for me.

Actually no, I invested into this coin within the first 2 - 3 weeks when it hit the exchanges (hence why I am a seed investor). I seed invest into brand new altcoins when they are still relatively obscure. You can take a look into my post history.

2. In terms of gaining traction perhaps look into the feasibility/cost of making a Trumptipbot for Reddit/Social media. This way Trump Coin holders can tip Trump Coins to Trump supporters & initiatives and so help the campaign in that manner whilst increasing brand awareness.

I support trump because he is honest and real.  I can tell because he is not afraid to be politically incorrect.
