I think the legal stuff here has to walk a thin line.
I believe:
1. Don't use his face on the coin... Already decided. 2. Put a very clear mission statement on the website. Make sure it is clear that this is a fan group and not owned or endorsed by Donald Trump and does not contribute financially to his campaign. Make it known that the coin is to support ideologies that are inspired by him. 3. Don't use photography on the website or anywhere else that you did not take yourself or pay for. Don't get yourself into an intellectual property rights situation with him or photographers or anyone else.
Basically, set things up as a tribute to trump by fans and supporters and make that absolutely clear in your public image and there should be no legal issues.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Who here has fat stacks of Trumpcoin?? I want to buy them. Hit me up!
No coins for sale Bob (from me at least) - already been asked a number times. But by all means go ahead and buy some. Trump Coin is all about the free market and despite your wrongful reputation as a pump and dumper Trumps are available to all. I know your a benevolent can do no wrong Angel.

Interesting coin. Wonderin if its gonna go the way of kaynecoin or if this one may take off and explode. I feel like trump wants all the press these days, so he'll either endorse the coin or sue the shit out of the devs. We'll soon see.
Hes not going to sue me It wont go the way of Kayne coin for a number of reasons - read a few posts back. I cant keep repeating it. Trump is a free marketeer. He would come across as massive hypocrite if he poo pooed the coin. The liberal press would be all over it. Its more likely Trump would give the coin his blessing as long as he can get in a decent price. Who knows eh.. Kayne West coin was about the coin dev making money only, so I don’t blame Kayne for his actions. There is an ideology behind this coin that would strike a chord with Trump Peaceful Parenting for one - Free Market - Fair Trade - Liberty - Free Speech - Anti PC etc. On twitter half teh followers of teh coin are Trump fans. I have barely started the wider PR so a lot more of that to come. If you read the long section on the Ann you will understand what the coin is about. There is a genuine message there that actually embraces the original idea of Satoshi - who was definitely a Free Society advocate. Trumps image wont be used on the Coin and even if the worst came to the worst I could use TRUMPCOIN1, ultimately Trump Coin is pro Trump and thats useful for him. It isnt in any way bad for him.

1. Correct 2. Not a fan coin, or a campiagn donation coin (that would be a big issue if it were a donation coin) - read the statement on the ANN about Free Society - philosophical thinking. This is a coin that promotes that as well as your right to make money. 3. Well, over time but good to go for now. He doesnt look bad in it. Its better than his own website. Ive read all trumps books. I totally understand that man. He uses a lot of common sense. Trump Coin will be fine and Like I say he will probably want in at a good price... Remember folks this is what a Free Society is all about. Reason Truth and Logic and a good dose of philosophical thinking.

Just to squash all the legal talk - Donald Trump will not care about this coin using his name. The face? Maybe, but even so if he finds out that there is a coin out there made not to make fun of fun but to support him (although not through donations) he would be totally fine with that. He likes the idea of people liking him so why sue?
That said, if Twitter Tipping could be hooked up for this it would be great to tip people who are supporting him openly on twitter with TrumpCoin. Amazing for publicity outside of crypto.

Someone with lots of coins should offer a few of them to Mr. Trump on twitter. Even really rich people like stuff that is free.

Currently trading on yobit for 900 sats... Great when we will see the coin also on c-cex?
It depends on whether the founder wants it to be on c-cex or not... I think Yobit is enough for now.

It's all the Hillary and Bernie supporters selling. Once they're all out, Trump will prosper.

i Just don't understand why anyone would mine a coin and sell for next to nothing that wouldn't hardly pay the cost of power to run my miner

The folks that mined at 4-8 difficulty for so long are actually profiting from selling that low but they are also needing to sell a TON of coins to do so. They'll be gone soon enough. I believe this coin will make them regret what they are doing right now. HODL

I've actually been picking up some more on Yobit since they're so cheap.
