How many Blocks are to be mined ? I don't see that info..

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

How many Blocks are to be mined ? I don't see that info..
There will be a total of 20 million Trumps. 50 Trumps per block and it's currently around 5.7 million. There's still a lot of blocks left. |

Hi,
The first post says that one of the objectives of this currency is to attract newcomers to the cryptocurrency world. I am one of them. I would lke to know how to set up the wallet, since it currently states that is has 0 connections to the network and I currently have no idea how to change that.
If anyone could help, I would appreciate it.

Hey, welcome. Try this see if it helps:
1. Open Notepad and paste this...
addnode=74.120.220.54
addnode=136.243.50.159
addnode=185.93.68.25
addnode=185.117.72.185
addnode=84.200.32.105
addnode=66.85.74.22
addnode=117.72.185
2. Click File->Save As...
3. Change "Save as type" from text documents to "All Files" <--IMPORTANT!
4. Change "File name" to trumpcoin.conf
5. In the top of the Save As window there is an address bar. Paste this into the address bar then press enter...
%APPDATA%\Trumpcoin
6. Click Save
7. Restart your wallet.
If that doesn't help try checking firewall or else post back here, or join us in the IRC. |

Some people would like to make sure that map port with upnp checkbox is checked in the network options area, also you are able to have the wallet connect through a service using the tor browser windows package, you would then add to this line to the trumpcoin.conf file proxy=127.0.0.1:9150 |

Hey these are great! Truly a work of art. I am downloading them now. Say, I don't know if you could answer me this question, but is Trumpcoin migrating to the Ethereum platform? I have heard that it will turn into a PoS coin soon, but if it will become part of the Ethereum ecosystem, then it would be ideal for its long term success. Just my opinion.  |

Eth does not yet support POS in the way we want it to. We have a spin on the typical eth token topology that bridges a few gaps. April is going to be an exciting month for Trumpcoin. I think other coin devs will thank us for what we are cooking up.  |

 Hi Folks, Just letting you all know that tomorrow I will make a very important announcement regarding Trump Coin and its future. As some of you will be aware, Trump Coin has been attacked, laughed at, scorned, ridiculed, called a scam among other things, none of which is true. This new development I will announce tomorrow will show we are very serious about where to take this coin and how it should be developed. On a personal level Ive had this internal dilemma about Trump Coin. Aside from the free society message and use of the Trump name there wasn’t much else to be said for the coin. The Free Society message is important but the coin needs to have further appeal for the longterm, and the new developments will certainly help. The coin will still have its core message, were just enhancing its appeal across a broader spectrum. What if Donald J Trump doesnt become the nominee or President?Part of the new development is intended to address such an outcome and in a nutshell Donald Trump wont vanish. However, we need to have another angle in the model in case of such an event. Understandably some people might think its all over if Trump doesn’t win. This wont be the case at all (we have that covered). If he did become President I have no idea what would happen, but I know it wouldnt be a bad thing. Also, maybe if he didn’t become Prez the coin could be brought to his attention…. Trump Coin is here for the long haul to help bring in newcomers, spread a free society message, promote the original prime directive of digital currency (as intended) trade and do business. One bit of advice - Hang on to your Trumps |
