Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Just a quicky, do you need to keep your pc on 24/7 for the staking or just  to leave it on up to 24 hours or so get it sync started?

thanks Smiley

The wallet has to be running and connected in order to stake.

You can stake on a $5/month server, and if you are new to digitalocean....you can get 2 months free($10 credit). Shoot me a pm if you want instructions on getting setup.

either you can copy&past yourself or use the command line console from the help tab> Debug Window area and by entering the following :

Code:
backup wallet <destination>
a copy will be created with the file name specified in the folder where the qt executable is.
also, instead of an encrypted .dat file, you can dump all the keys your wallet contains in plaintext with the following:

Code:
dumpwallet <filename>
which should be the same path as the qt

I would look into livecoin.net to see about adding trump to their exchange. a list of good features including debit cards for traders and they have good volume in some coins.

Just wondering how many others have their Trumpcoin stuck over on YoBit?

1. I couldn't withdraw anything earlier in the week due to a 'transfer from cold storage' issue
2. Once that was corrected after 3 days the Withdrawal status showed: Delayed (36845 blocks) with a message that said 'Withdrawal for such currency is temporary off'
3. Now the withdrawal status shows 'Maintenance'

I feel totally screwed.  Sad

I also think TrumpCoin.Rocks should take YoBit off the site as an Exchange. They have totally given this whole project a black eye and pissed a whole lot of people off.

YOBIT

Are still trading V1’s.
They have currently closed withdrawals and deposits.
We have been in contact with them a number of times asking them to allow traders to withdraw so we can swap their coins via the swap site.
Or they can do it the way CCEX did it which would be the easiest method for all. No one need be concerned. Everyone who trades at Yobit will get their coins, we just need
Yobit to step up to the mark so we can get everyone their coins.
