Last night all of the miners missed out on payment. txID nowhere to be found. (click on stats and check all of the miners, same issue with all of them).

Sent 3 emails with no response so far.

Any advice?

Could this be a rip off from the pool side?

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.
