Krypton_Dev is coding a block explorer. When it is ready, I'll post it here. That would be cool and the next step for this great coin. I'm going to buy some today. However, I have been having issues getting the wallet to connect to the KR network as I get 0 connections when I write the net.peerCount command. Any thoughts on this? What does admin.peers show? Can you come to Krypton's slack? We have a technical-support channel where we can help live. click here for a slack invite >> https://slackinc955.azurewebsites.net/

I then waited a couple of minutes and wrote the net.peerCount command as well as the admin.peers command, but I am getting no connections to the KR network at all. Just in case, I am running GKR in Windows 10.

Any offical explorer..? how about coinmarketcap..? i can't see it
I can't see it either, it won't get listed on coinmarketcap if it doesn't have a block explorer. Krypton_Dev is coding a block explorer. When it is ready, I'll post it here. Any estimation time wise? I am slowly buying up, just wanted to know approximately how much time do I have left. Thanks.

Could be tomorrow... could be a week, or more. All of Krypton's devs, Krypton_Dev, RagingBull and the rest (yes, there are more!) are all volunteers, at the moment. All of the funds from the CFC (and more from my pocket) were spent to get me to Consensus 2016, to meet with everyone there and build KR's network of developers and companies needing devs who can build Smart Contracts. By the way, Krypton_Dev has been building Smart Contracts for months now. In this emerging market... that's *experience. So as to when, I don't *exactly know. I know this does not help your buying strategy, sorry. Hey, please come to Krypton's slack. There are many people who love to talk trading in the... uh, trading channel. self-invite to slack: slackinc955.azurewebsites.netBest of luck buying. I think sales are drying up.

It does appear to be closed, but I don't think that may be the issue since I have been using ETH with a port that has been closed and I have been able to receive connections to the ETH network. Perhaps, it is an issue with my PC. I will try this on a virtual machine.

If your port is closed you need to make sure windows firewall is not blocking GKR, and you have to enter some nodes manually every time you start gkr. GKR has hardcoded nodes that will connect right away if the port is routed correctly and open.

Thanks for your advice. I did disable the Windows Firewall from within my Windows 10 PC, but still no connections. However, I did try GKR into my Windows 7 virtual machine and everything worked like a charm. I guess it is an issue with my Windows 10 PC. In the meantime, I will use GKR from within the virtual machine. Say, do you happen to know where I could find more nodes to enter manually?

Dont think they will add it until there is a block explorer. That's why it is very important to have one. It should have been prioritized since the beginning.

Could you please post a screenshot of the messages you are receiving after you have started gkr.

There are some nodes listed on the OP.... * Nodes are hard-coded but can also be added in GKR console: Code: admin.addPeer("enode://0fb920467bdc123eeee3c132519457967227ed80d255fc210b09bc070fb4612df90532604629f91c3f1912c298d5a20ef4c22824d1be33fef270b07448760362@[::]:17171") admin.addPeer("enode://382b74a663581fe3559b52521415f9e7ee596f4873e0e88f8406e0e025d6ed1f2bed55f1f9739cab7d1e247cd5bcc4d944add0c282ea7232155da74b895f0e75@[::]:17172") admin.addPeer("enode://809e1781a9da785ee6084ff38011f771c61ba9dce1e372ca8cbf2de9af119d9df5ded7728bc03f0b765b8ec9d14a3b296e6b248239d6cc8e4b2fbc3d3f9796a1@[::]:17173") I'll post more later, when I'm home.

I have Windows Firewall disabled on my Windows 10 PC, and also added some nodes (thanks to covertress) but still getting 0 connections to the KR network. As you can see in the screenshot below, I get null when I type in admin.peers and 0 when net.peerCount command is entered. This doesn't happen to me when I try it on Windows 7 virtual machine under VirtualBox.

hello there, nice one your altcoin creation
1. when solo mining, is the reward auto sent to the wallet adress generated on the same pc with QtWallet? is --mine "wallet adress" command valid to use?

OP meaning the main post presentation? answered yes, #1 answered on #Kryptoncoin irc. Here was the answer: [09:42] <RagingBull> he should not use a wallet address, if he setup his main account with gkr he is all set [09:43] <RagingBull> he should use the bat file we used [09:44] <RagingBull> if he want to setup a certain mining address he can [09:45] <RagingBull> also tell him qt wallet will not update balance from mining blocks unless he restarts it [09:45] <RagingBull> gui and #2, yes. I'm still hiring OP (original post) translators. Please see Krypton's Trello for positions available: https://trello.com/b/JmmF7y7A/krypton
