I set up    foodbyfone.com

to list all outlets that accept bitcoin ( of course most easily done on a 'phone' or 'fone not on a PC )  for food.

1. If anyone thinks this is a good idea please help by adding an outlet you know that does already accept bitcoin for food.

2. If anyone thinks this is a bad idea please also give me your comments, thanks!

That's kinda my business, or was a plan I had anyway, except it doesn't work for organics like avocados, papaya, breadfruit, or carambolas/starfruit.

The food is cheap, shipping is killer.

Who wants to wait for food when you can get it at the supermarket?

Well, I've got papayas, breadfruit, mangos, plantains, the problem is shipping, the cost is killer.

Puerto Rico. So, within the U.S..

But I'd like to buy something to seal the food so that no air/moisture can get to it, and thus, prevent a spoil on arrival.

Buy a vacuum sealer...you can get a good one for less than $100 on Amazon. And since Puerto Rico is US territory couldn't you use flat rate boxes?

Absolutely, I can use flat rate shipping boxes. The deal is, when shipping items, I don't get the box itself until I'm about to send it over.
