Could someone explain what is this. No confirmations for a few days and my transaction is stuck. Can I cancel it?

Do you use the latest Bitsend build 0.14.03?? If not, that could be the problem.
Found your transaction ID not in the block explorer. So it seems its a local problem.
Try to install the latests build and sync your wallet full. When you not see that the coins back in your wallet, try to start your wallet with the -reindex option.
Hope this will help you.
But always make a backup of your wallet.dat before you start.

sorry but its 2.5 btc at todays rate. Right now masternode is very very expensive. Before an year you got at masternode at about 0.25 but now 10x

There is absolutely no chance that masternode owners would agree to a change where the requirement gets lower. They may agree to increase the requirement. That is the only economically rational stance for them.

Short answer: if the https://sourceforge.net/projects/bitsend/files/ wallet is the (outdated but) official one, your coins are not lost. Just wait for it to completely sync.
You better go to https://github.com/LIMXTEC/BitSend/releases and download the latest version (for windoze it is https://github.com/LIMXTEC/BitSend/releases/download/v0.14.0.4/Windows_Bitsend.0-14-0-4.zip at this moment). You should only replace the binaries with the new version...

Yes, I was just referring to the technical possibility, which - given there was consensus about such an irrational process - would allow for a change to the protocol. Is that correct? On an absolutely theoretical level it would also be possible to increase the maximum number of coins I think. But it won't occur because current owners would economically hurt themselves and consensus just won't be ever reached.
