It's best not to be cheap and send coins without the fee. That's how miners make their money. Fees  are not that much anyway, like, less the 10 cents?

Actually it wasnt me , i sold goods to a buyer and he sent me the payment , didnt knew he will send payment with 0 btc fee.
Hope someone will confirm this!

In future i will make sure that every buyer pay's fee.
