so does this guy, he will put the price on the package at whatever price u want so u dont pay vat/tax when it arrives

Yes lot of China vendors and suppliers do that with no problems, at this time I have one fake samsung galaxy tab 2 on the way from china with declared value $20 and description as "broken electronics". But no chance to do this from apple.com btw Apple goods are way more cheaper on US market as here in EU
