Currently not profitable. Once ETH hits $10 you could make a small profit using spot instances. Normal on demand GPU instances will most likely never be profitable.

I was wondering the same thing: what GPU would be in an amazon AWS, a good GPU would make a big difference, a bad GPU would make it not being worth any of your time.

Is the voucher of $10 free and if you want to use the server longer, you have to pay or not? If it is free for $10, then the profit is just $10.
