How can my unconfirmed BTC transaction just disappear? (Withdrawal of Payza)

The exact same thing happened to me I would strongley recommend everybody not to use payza they are not paypal or anything they are really crappy and their support sucks

I could see the transaction in my bitcoin acc for a couple of hours and then all of a sudden it disappeared

exact same happened to me today,except for 580 USD withdrawn to Xapo from payza...

   showed as unconfirmed for a few hours,then disappears....WTF is going on Payza??

Same here... What is going on. Anyone solved this problem? Did you get your withdrawal?

Are you sure that's the correct address?
According to blocktrail, that's a dormant address. The last transaction seen from it was from January 15?

It would be better to ask help directly from their support since I don't see how the users here can help.
