So both the collateral are worthless at least to me.
If you have any nearly stable altcoin with 120% of the asking amount then I will fill up the loan provided you send the coins first or use escrow.
And I will also have the right to sell them anytime if the price falls down below the marginal point.

You've got to be kidding. Your collateral is pretty much worthless, but not for the "thief" thing. Domains just don't make for good collateral in general. And as for reporting Indiana, you don't have a leg to stand on my friend. What he asked for--a stable altcoin worth 120% of the loan amount--is exactly in line with forum protocol. And you don't have it. And you haven't gotten the loan,
