Can someone explain the withdraw fees to me? I am a bit confused by it... It says 2% under the 100 minimum, but then says 25 also; 25 bits taken out of 100 is 25% not 2%...

And the 25,000 withdraw has a 10k fixed fee? So if I withdraw 25,000, I only get 15k? That's quite a bit... it's better to take the smaller amount, imo, unless I want to collect up to 100K or something.
