The article was published on 23 Nov 2011, when bitcoin was trading at $2.3, following a catastrophic fall from $31.9.

It mentioned that "the bitcoin never got back above $17". It's true even up to now. Are we going to climb over the ask wall and see $17/BTC today?

I actually missed your point ,since 17/18/19 is too distant past for me.LOL.
