I think his betcoin account is banned or something like that which (maybe) makes him unable to withdraw his earning (probably from poker freerolls)
But I'm not really sure since his explanation is not clear enough.

Why dont you clarify your problem on betcoin.ag thread if you feel disadvantaged with its service? They surely will explain and resolve this imo.

EDIT: I guess he played freerolls like panjul07 said through his account but with different IP (OP stating that he was playing in internet cafe)

i'm understand with what you mean and i think that you play freeroll in betcoin.ag with different Ip address when you are register and you considered as create multiple account so you banned and for this issue i think you must be contact their support and explain these situations and proof it that you are not cheating
