my perspective, trading bitcoin or alts can be considered as gambling. When i trade i am researching coins same as some sports gambler research football teams.

Trading only be a gamble if you do not know what you are doing. But if you have the right knowledge and skills, then it is not a gamble. If you lose, it is not because you are unlucky but because you made a mistake in your analysis.

Yes, if you do a day trading than mostly both gambling and trading will same because in day trading only need a luck to make profits and it is same for gambling. But if you trade for longer period of time than you will not lose all your money at one shot and you will get a chance to withdraw your money, in case if your investment not performing as per your selection. I make money in trading than gambling but I always go for long in trading.

I dont think that is the similar thing. Gambling will give you much more profit but trading will give you some slow profit. And with some luck gambling will give you what you wont expect like suddenly hit jackpot or anything like that but with trading although we have luck or not the result will be the same your profit will slowly no matter what you do

Yeah, people thinks trading is just throwing your bitcoins into short or long and go for hail mary. They treat trading as gambling with 50/50 chance of winning. But if they just go into analysis and read chart or watch news, they can easily predict where the price of a certain commodities will go. And trading is not a gamble anymore because you have a clear insight and more probable to succeed than lose.
