I guess there was a guy cleared the 888x rollover in few months ago, but unfortunately his balance confiscated by betcoin.tm don't know why.

I think some of them have already posted they manage to earn like 20btc from that betcoin.tm and he already posted it here I forgot where. Later if I find out I will posted it back here. I'm pretty sure he's playing with the ridiculous bonuses betcoin.tm gives to depositors. That means he has to x the balance by a minimum before he can withdraw at all. I could be mistaken though.

I think the only reason that may make someone unable to cash out from a no deposit bonus is something like multi-accounts. Their security system to avoid multi-accounts is so strict, my account has been locked more than 7times so far because of that reason. In fact, I have no other accounts on their site. Using VPN and/or changing internet source will be detected as multi-accounts, so he must be very careful.
