- Close down the vipcoin client
- Go to C:\Users\{you user}\AppData\Roaming\
- Make a backup of the vipcoin folder(in case you delete too much)
- go to the vipcoin folder
- Remove everything inside the folder except: peers.dat, wallet.dat and vipcoin.conf
- open the vipcoin client and let it re-download the blockchain

Bittrex admins were contacted through their Slack channel, Richie was very kind and gave us some tips, but the last word was on Bill, so we contacted him at the end. He asked a few questions, no definitive response was given for now.
To have an idea of what Bittrex wants to see from VIP Tokens community, here is the standard email they send when a coin addition request is made:

We gauge demand based off of tweets, hash power, length of bitcointalk thread, volume on other exchanges, etc. Follow us on twitter @bittrexexchange and tweet about how much you like this coin and Bittrex. We respond to creative and insightful posts to help market your favorite coins and Bittrex. I'd also consider coming to our irc channel #bittrex on irc.freenode.net and do some guerrilla marketing. Alot of artificial volume . . . its a few people making a small fortune off the swings.  Buy low sell high vip is a money maker no matter what price its at so people will take advantage of that.
