it is true in most of cases but if you choose with care and dont risk too much you can earn good profits, for example i dont buy in icos i usually wait to the ico to end and often there are a panic selling when ico closes, then i buy some cheap coins and put a sell order  a 50% above the buy price usually i get it filled, buti must agree if you pay the ico price often you can get burned

Good strategy will adopt this,Digitalblock is selling like hotcake on Yobit,tried to visit the forum and their homepage but there is none there's not much information about this coin,made me wonder what is so special on this coin..
