Hmm. strange.Seems like a weak password opened the lock for the hacker and he made a nice advantage .Anyway am sorry for your loss. Also just wanted  to ask you that did you opened up any new link which you opened and which went on behaving suspicious ?If yes then might be caught up by a phising attempt.

Also any idea where the funds were sended to?

I feel sorry for your loss mate. Next time be more careful with your browser. Do not click suspicious links and also make clear cache and data a habit just incase you encountered a key logger that can get access to you personal details. Sometimes 2FA will not work at all if you are not carefull.

Another possibility your computer is infected with a virus or malware, my friend a few months ago through the same thing while all the security has been active as Google Authenticator but all accounts can still be hacked. he explained last download one wallet altcoin I do not remember the name of the coin he assumed that the virus came from software download so make sure your computer is free of viruses in a way to reinstall.

How can you be sure your email service wasn't hacked?
If you use the same password or your hardware is infected, there's a high chance the attacker can control everything.

On the other hand, you should check what email your c-cex  account is setup to.

can you share your TX id from C-cex?
maybe we can trace it the source of your transaction, or you can your email, usually c-cex give notification for login, withdraw etc.

That's weird, is there any other histories (trading history) after you have been hacked? Something like open orders maybe?

I think this is a good possibility and also phishing. 2FA is great to have but you shouldn't really get hacked that easily if you have a medium to strong password, hackers are not like in the movies, it's very hard to decipher a password on online services like that if you don't have any good clues or source of information. Sad to hear it's gone man.

Even if the hacker was using a VPN, you should still be able to see a different IP address in your log.
Everything OP is saying is weird and makes little sense.

please ceck again your history https://c-cex.com/?id=h
then choose withdrawals

if you can share your TX id "maybe" i know who the hacker, or we know why your c-cex hacked

Sorry this happened to you, as others have said and you now know setting up 2FA is a must to add that extra layer of security to any account.  I hope you can resolve this issue and somehow get your BTC back.
