Today I have been hacked on c-cex for 0.2btc!!!

can you share your TX id from C-cex?
maybe we can trace it the source of your transaction, or you can your email, usually c-cex give notification for login, withdraw etc.

I have very much TX ID from all altcoins whos is selling but strange is that- I have not withdrawal history from c-cex!!! ....Hacker ip address is hidden with vpn:(

I have not withdrawal history TX id from hacker withdrawals,that is strange! Support not answering why I have not that history. I have only my withdrawals in that history.

Which admin will steal 0.2 btc when under his control are thousands of btc?!?

Maybe you deal with someone, who knows about your ccex account? If not, most likely it is phishing job.

In my opinion c-cex is one of the best exchange site in this crypto-currency world, so I dont think that the admin hack their own customers. It is only 0.2btc which is so small amount to be risked for their good reputation.

You should open a ticket for this on CCex and they should address this issue since it is now posted here on bitcointalk for many people to read,if your account was hacked then,they should prove to you that it really happen and they have can trace the hacker activity on their log ..

Sorry this happened to you, as others have said and you now know setting up 2FA is a must to add that extra layer of security to any account.  I hope you can resolve this issue and somehow get your BTC back.

Im not been hack (hopefully) but im trying to set up my 2FA code but when I recieve the verification code its telling me that it was invalid code, another message came up telling me to set Authy for me to get the code, Im just wondering to those who are familiar with c-cex do I need to install it I just replied here from OP's thread since Op already been hacked, for future ref and help to us newbie kindly give us more info how to secure our account, OP sorry for your loss and thanks for opening this thread.

You must be safe and secure. I am sorry to hear that indeed. But it is also a good warning for other people.
There are a lot of scammers and that is not good. Secure them good and it will be fine, I think.

Sorry to hear that you lose 0.2 btc from someone.. now you should learn and next time put 2 factor authentication so that your account is secured...
Google authetication is the best i think than sms authetication.. 0.2 btc is a big amount if you convert it into money..
Also make sure you have an updated anti virus to your PC maybe do you have some virus or monitoring software that's why your account hacked..
