Lol, do you seriously believe the price is gonna pump forever? It's clear from sell book someone is manipulating everything.

Where I have doubt is the the fact that this coins was there for so long and somehow no one noticed the potential , then suddenly the rise. Also where is the evidence that 7000 transactions per second actually work for Rai. It's nice and lovely to see in the theory in the paper but when it comes to practice it may well be that we face more chaos that anything . The bottom line is that we have to try it , test it to make sure it works then we can think about the distribution.

Look on twitter @raiblocks what has been posted about tps scalability.

Which part exactly ? I checked , I saw a -visualization of $XRB transactions- . I was looking rather for independent evidence that this works . People now are looking to invest some money in Rai , in a sustainable project to make some profits and I am interested to find out what evidence support the claim about 7000 trans/second ? \if anyone could share, thanks .

Probably new token. I think XRB is gonna be abandoned by official team.

Seems like RaiBlocks devs are gonna snapshot blockchain bitcoin balances and abandon current funds distributed by faucet. I've sold all xrb to avoid to be without money.

Noooooo !!! Stop it, I'm very scared, I ran to sell  Grin Grin Grin

Rebranding and new chain maybe. Snapshotting BTC funds, no more based on previous faucet distribution.

Can I sell you my coins? by 1 $

I am amazed how much FUD is being spread in this threat, that makes me very positive. Since the FUD is obviously artificial, very suspicious ...

Don't worry, only the dumbest of noobs would fall for this kind of FUD.

I love the latest round - rebranding means they are abandoning the coin. Damn people are stoooopid  Grin

To all newcomers to Raiblocks

If you are new to Bitcointalk you may not realize how things work around here. Ask yourself this - why would someone who states that Raiblocks is crap/a pump and dump/full of flaws, etc. keep coming on here posting the same thing over and over again even though it has already been addressed numerous times before? Because they care about noobs and want to protect them from the big bad Raiblocks dev stealing their money? LOL, I think not.

There are 3 reasons for these FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt) posts:

1) Usually the person posting the FUD is actually holding the coin they are bashing - they make negative posts in an attempt to drive down the price so they can buy more.

2) They may also be holding a competing coin (IOTA for example) and they are angry that another coin has taken the spotlight away from them. You can spot people in this group as they will often have a signature advertising another coin or they will shill it directly in their post.

3) Pure saltiness. This forum has really gone downhill over the years and it is now filled with desperate, salty children who are angry that they missed the boat.

The world is full of toxic people who cannot accomplish anything on their own so they try to make themselves feel better by attacking other people's accomplishments. Ignore them and DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!

Desktop Wallet stuck.  Tried the sync downloads but it does not work.. I suppose because the last backup is for version 8 while the new wallet is version 9.
I am having a hard time swallowing this hype when the desktop wallet does not work.
I wonder if Binance will add this coin without a WORKING DESKTOP WALLET.

Looks like the ride is over, what was the top 250K satoshi?  Hell of a rollercoaster but I'll probably be buying back at 10k satoshi in 2 months time.  No way it can sustain this price.  This is probably one of the biggest hype trains that's happened in crypto for a long time.

Once it hits Binance it will go to 1000k satoshi. At least.

Honestly I could see it going either way at this point because Binance will bring volume but at the same time you will be able to dump quicker than those other websites. I already got rid of most of my stack as a hedge and am looking forward to busting out the popcorn when it lists on Binance. Gonna be interesting to see who was right and wrong Roll Eyes

Has anyone been able to sync the FUCKING DESKTOP WALLET?

have you tried manual sync?
https://www.reddit.com/r/RaiBlocks/wiki/index

If you have a HDD, it's going to take several days regardless of your internet connection.
If you have an SSD and an OK internet connection, a few hours to a day or 2.

so the best way to sync desktop wallet is using manual sync.

I tried manual sync and it did not work I suspect because the data file was for version 8 while the new wallet is version 9.  Instead of advancing in block count it would go up and down not gaining any ground.

I have an SDD and still not sync in 2 days.

What next?

It would be better if you are just using the online wallet. No syncing problems or anything. And the troubleshooting is way better easier compared to the desktop wallet.
