Hello, I have $250 BTC. I want to exchange it with $240 Western Union. I will send first only to trusted members. If you are not trusted then you have to use escrow  Smiley Smiley

I don't think so. $250 is a big amount and no one will be going to send him first ever without using escrow
He also mentioned he is ok with escrow so I don't see anykind of risk here
