Too much slowly...

Confirmations for some reason began to be made very slowly recently two weaks. Today example:
I did transaction from livecoin 20.02.2016 07:17:06, now 22:11 and on poloniex i still can see
2016-02-20 02:17:02   PENDING (2 of 5 confirmations)

poloniex may now return to normal, because when I try to open the website is not slow, maybe it happened because of a slow Internet connection or are there improvements of poloniex!
