You blocked my debit card asking for id and address verification, i have sent you them and you refused and asked for more verification. I asked you if you can just close my account and give me my money ($380) and you are refusing? legally speaking if a bank decides to close a customer's account for any reason, they don't keep his money.

I have been using CryptoPay since last December as far as I remember,
I sent the proper verification papers and instantly I got verified.
I just did what they asked me to do. If you want to use their services you better follow their rules,
otherwise, they are other services out there to choose from.
So, no problem with me and CryptoPay atm.

Please be informed that if your card was blocked by our card issuer due to third-party load we are obliged to request verification documents from your side. EDIT: one small question: what happens to the monthly service fee if the card isn't loaded? I don't mind paying 1€/month as long as the account contains funds, but i want to avoid having to pay charges for a card that is unloaded.
Hi! As long as there are no transactions, no fees would be charged. The fee would be charged only if the card was active during the month. There is no reason to worry. The hardfork might never happen but if it does it won't affect your funds. What we'll do in case of a hardfork is suspend the deposits for several hours and that's it. Your bitcoins will be safe. |

Yes, they get blocked once you receive money back from the bookie. |
