I just withdrew all of my BTC from coinbase account and now i see this error : Unfortunately we have had to close your Coinbase account. Before your account can be closed, you will need to withdraw your bitcoin to an external wallet and any other funds to an attached bank account. Please be sure to delete any references to bitcoin addresses generated by Coinbase, as bitcoin sent to those addresses will not be retrievable once the account is closed. If you have any questions you may contact us at support@coinbase.com.What should i do now I didn't close my account or so. What happened ??

Did you use your account for gambling purposes or illegal activity ? It is against their Term of Services to do that Sadly, nothing you can do here The only remaining thing to do is just close the book and end the story Though, you can try to contact the Admin and ask if there's any way to recover your account back

Are you an U.S. citizen? Did you send/receive bitcoins from any major gambling sites?

Don't you think its best if you contact them and ask for the reason instead of here? Its most probably due to transactions made to/from gambling websites.
If you were using them for buying bitcoins, you can use other exchanges like circle, if it was only for wallet purposes, there are other alternatives.

How can Coinbase tell if coins are received from a gambling website? Can they see the source of the funds?

Does Coinbase consider Yobit to be a gambling website? I use Yobit for signature campaign, so am I not allowed to transfer earnings from Yobit to Coinbase?

Unsure, contact Coinbase themselves. I think you can avoid this problem by sending the coins to an unrelated address first, instead of cashing out from YoBit directly into Coinbase. It's a good thing you managed to get your coins out first.

Coinbase has a track record of not telling people why they're being shut down. You may never find out. Sucks but that's how it is.

I find coinbase more like centralized exchanger and wallet for decentralized bitcoin. Its better to have account in blockchain.info which doesn't store your password and works client side rather than server side.

It's a good thing you managed to get your coins out first. I have an account Coinbase and several times used for gambling in Directbet and they did not detect. maybe Coinbase just detect gambling sites that make payments using one bitcoin address like Cloudbet and Luckybit while directbet using bitcoin address different so difficult to detect. so if you want to gamble using Coinbase should pay attention to the shipping address site and make sure they use a different address but not sure it would be safe for a long time.

I never used Coinbase. I'm a Canadian, and from what I have read about them, coinbase sucks. The price of bitcoin dropped dramatically after they were hacked. I'd use Armory or Blockchain.info over coinbase anyday.

Signatures? How about learning a skill... I don't care either way. Everybody has to make a living somehow.

Most of the time coinbase closes accounts when something is fishy. F.e. gambling things etc. I am aware they got not the best reputation, but so far i trust hem.

The only good thing about coinbase is that you don't have to pay for transaction fees. Other than that, coinbase sucks because it's centralized, and you don't have the full freedom of using and sending your bitcoins compared to other wallets. Also, I've used coinbase to bet on DirectBet before, and they did not close my account. Is it something to do with the region I'm in, (I'm in Australia, and we're not allowed to buy/sell bitcoins in coinbase) or am I just lucky they didn't detect me?
