I actually use this code
https://github.com/Xenland/Bitcoin-Pseudocode-Client/blob/gh-pages/examples/php/verify_bitcoin_address.php
But it sometimes refuse valid address...

++ Is there a special site where we can find useful copy/past script for differents languages? (would be usefull)
