I doubt he has the right to resell these themes and plugins.
OP, how do we know if you are not selling nulled theme or plugin? Because almost all of the themes and plugins you had, has nulled version can be found by using Google search. :O

nulled or cracked can not update to newest verison, i also send direct link from envato ,hero or trusted user can get a vouch copy for free
