People generally won't send $350 worth of BTC to someone who just showed up two days ago and their first agenda is getting a member to send them BTC. In addition, you in no way describe what escrow you would considering using. It sounds like you just heard that word.

If you are really in that ZIP code, I can meet and verify that you own the camera to sell, in the condition you describe, for the benefit of buyers, and will receive and hold a buyer's Bitcoin in escrow (from you), until I see the camera packed, shipped, and tracked in person. Why not say "It will be shipped from Egypt"?

The lack of trust has nothing to do with the fact that you are in Egypt, and everything to do with the fact that you are behaving in a misleading and untrustworthy manner.
