It'd be great to have mining farm cooperate. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can just use your bitcoind if you don't need any advanced monitoring.
Otherwise search for pushpool open source pool software here.

The part I'm not clear on is getting multiple machines to hash together instead of individually compete.
