I haven't spend my coins in real life yet, as there are no shops that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment, I have spent it only digitally, really waiting for the day when I can spend it physically.

I have been to Berlin (Kreuzberg and Prenzlau) once. There are coffee shops and small bars where you could pay with Bitcoin. I tried that during my stay twice and it worked very well.

I know that feeling (like people looking at you as in seeing a celebrity and then asking things they don't believe until their impressed). I've spend BTCitcoin once only here in the country I'm residing and it was for a shoe (the only shop that accepts it openly here), and it took more than I expected (just a bad day). Had to wait until it got 3 confirmations before I was allowed to leave the shop (and it took longer than I expected before the confirmations came in).

I havent spend my coins in real life I still believe that I am new here. I dont have that much earnings here yet. But eventhoug still looking forward for more. I would really love to spend them of course but that will be for our basic needs. We really need something that could somehow supply our daily needs..

I have indeed. I was the fella's first transaction. No doubt it was the first transaction in that part of the world. We lit a beacon and toasted.

Well not yet, because there is no shops or places like that anywhere in my country that accepts bitcoin as a payment, but i would love to experience that once in my life and i wish that could be possible one day.

No not yet, but yes may be in future when I can see many shops accepting bitcoins as a payment method, and it would a real great experience to spend it directly for making purchases.

Not yet, it is still hard to spend  bitcoin in real life because it is hard to find shops or other places which accepts bitcoin as a payment method in my country.

Not at physical shops, because there aren't any in my area, but I've used Bitcoin to buy digital items like domain names and premium accounts at file hosting websites.

Under construction.

I think bitcoin is going to worth a fortune some day, if i spent 0.1 on lunch in a cafe i would be disgusted.... lol  Grin  only kidding i know we need to use for others to get used to the idea, but seriously i think that spending 0.1 on lunch now will be as ridiculous as spending 10000 on a pizza in 2009/2010 in 20 years time.

No I never did this because there are not many stores in my local area that even use the bitcoin as a payment method.
The most people in my area do not even know what the bitcoin itself is.

You are a lucky guy that in your country Bitcoin is accepted by law, that is why the coffee shop is able to run the business accepting bitcoins as payment , in my country still their is no clue about bitcoin, i can only do online recharge of mobile , dth and data cards. Just waiting for using the bitcoins in real life.

I didn't spend any bitcoin on physical shops, in my country there are very few coffee or shops that accept them (on large cities they start to accept payments with bitcoins). But i bought some things on internet, and here on forum i bought some physical crypto coins with bitcoin payment.

I also have the same problem there are no shops around here that accepts the bitcoin as a real pay method.
I really hate because it would be really easy and nice to pay with it, I also use E-coin and that is working out for me.

Many of us are facing the same problem that  we are holding bitcoins, but we don't find any shop that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment, and I think it will take a long time to happen in my country.

Am I the only person who feels a sharp pain in my inside whenever I spend my bitcoin? #HODL for life.

But even so, I try and spend it around; so far, only on the Internet (namely Namecheap). It still feels... awkward?... to go around with my phone and ask coffee shops if they have a bitcoin wallet. Although it's more about that pain whenever I spend a single coin. Wink

when steam or playstation store puts it in their client to pay with bitcoins i might use it there , their summer and winter discounts are amazing, and buying a digital game with digital currency is just a awsome thought if you think about it.
