It works like Localbitcoins or Aliexpress.

Bots operating concept is p2p exchange with the deposit payment.
It means that you buy cryptocurrency not from the bot, but from the other users.
Sellers put adverts on certain conditions, and you choose the right one and do the request.

After it a certain amount of coins will be locked on seller's account. Then you send a fiat money to seller's bank.
When the seller see your payment, he will send the coins for you.

You also can be a seller or just use bot like a garantee for your p2p deals. (It is for free)
