We are super excited to announce that TPB AFK: The Pirate Bay Away From Keyboard will open up the Panorama programme at the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival on February 8th at 17:00 CET.
We are also very proud to announce that TPB AFK will be the first film in the history of the Berlinale to be released simultaneously online, for free and for sale. We want to share the film with our peers and audience the very second it is made available to the media and film industry.
By sharing this film under a Creative Commons license, we hope to contribute to a serious debate about the social and economic benefits of sharing. We also hope to prove that sharing can be a realistic business model.
