The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

This.

I am surprised that there's a bunch of replies on the new forum topics. It looks like this project will be a successful one after all.

running Elastic-core_1.0.4 but not peers, no connection

Took me awhile to get any connections. Maybe wait little longer. I got connections (didn't watch but) after 1 to 2 hours. Some nasty bug messing our software. But still I don't know if I am on a fork. Let's wait for @EK and his mind.

Thanks, now i have 3 peers, 1 supernode

Faucet also work
http://elasticexplorer.org/faucet/

Awkward! Does anyone have a wireshark trace so I can reproduce that problem locally?

I will trace it for you. But firstyl I am working on how to set up on Windows non-docker option, if you wait a hour more, i will publish xel talkforum after you can repro on windows

@EK I sent wireshark sniffing datas.

Can you confirm that logs true?

I think the issue is with connections to other nodes. Its not connecting to my node also.

I have tried to add my peer node manually on rallier test node, its not showing connected nodes.

Got the wireshark traces ... checking now!

EDIT: It does not really make sense, but in the traces you can see many connection errors (triple duplicate acks, etc.) ... even to your local router. Do you have connection issues in general?
Maybe another wireshark trace from someone else with sync issues might help here?

6. Compile Elastic-PL
Open windows terminal ( Startup Key + R Key > Type "cmd" then Enter)
Then type command :

    mvn compile package install

A new cmd will not start in the correct folder (but probably in system32 or the user's home folder)
So you should navigate to proper folder within that cmd

I'm pretty sure anyone who tries to run elastic even on windows has enough skill to know how to do that. So I doubt anyone will get stuck here

We could maybe create a simple installer or something - at least a batch script for new users. I have no experience with Windows though.

Today I connected quickly, without problems. I see 3 peers although I would not know if there are synchronization problems, I see that the blocks are passing normally.

I've seen that redeem should work fine because several accounts already have their XEL block genesis.

What envy, there was an account with more than 1 million XEL, although it is not the only one, there are also 5 and 6 million

In the list that appears in redeem in the wallet, I have seen wallet of 5 and 6 million that are not in the official, where the largest has about 4 million

I now check that some quantities are on the official list and others are not:

http://Https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/21000833/Elastic/Icolist/Ico-list.txt

In the list that appears in redeem in the wallet, I have seen wallet of 5 and 6 million that are not in the official, where the largest has about 4 million

Can you give examples (except 1AktLQnreNm585z1r1QbAjgrrJCuYuXtZm) Huh
